Hey family! This week has been super busy. We found out transfers on Monday Elder Taugavau spent most of Monday and Tuesdaypacking. Tuesday night we went down and spent the night with Sauk Rapids Elders. I spent Wednesday with Elder Young until Elder Patrick made it up to Sauk Rapids. We had lunch with the new Elders that came to the Zone. After lunch we made our way back up to Brainerd. We had to rush back to Brainerd to meet with Dave McArthur for his baptismal interview. He passed his interview with flying colors then headed out the door. We then headed over to the new bishops for mutual. The young men and young women had a volleyball competition for the traveling trophy. Every combined activity each month they compete for a trophy it was really fun to watch. After the volleyball competition they had a bonfire and roasted marshmallows. Yours truly, Elders Patrick and Lambertsen Eagle Scouts got the fire started with one match, and no gasoline. Yeah we are a pretty big deal. After Mutual Bishop Tanner pulled us aside and talked about things he wanted to do with us as the new bishop. I just about jumped out of my pants when he said I would like to have a weekly coordination meeting and feed you guys weekly as well. There is nothing a bishop could say that would make a missionary more excited! There are going to be so many different changes in this ward and they are all going to be for the better. On Thursday we went out to the Harts. They live in Little Falls. They have 2 nephew's which are staying with him now. Both of them are nonmembers so we went out there for dinner and to get to know the nephew's better. Isaiah isn't really too interested in learning more. We are just trying to spend time with him and build a relationship with him. Isaiah also made it to mutual on Wednesday.  Friday we weekly planned, then we went to the Tropp's to do some service. Pull roses and split wood. My kind of work! Then we ran over to the Fabers for dinner then brother Faber went joint teaching with us after. We stopped by the Churchill family. They are a part member family. Katherine is the member and Howard isn't. Sister Churchill hasn't been to church is quite a long time. We found brother Churchill out working in his garage and he showed us his classic cars, lawn tractors, and collectibles he had in his garage. We had a great visit with him. Saturday we went over to the Strams and helped the young men with their yard clean up service project. We raked brother Strams entire yard, and he has a really big yard. They took a few hours and they feed us Little Caesars for lunch.  We spent Sunday in the Wadena Branch. They asked us to go speak out there. Elder Patrick had to miss his first Sunday in the Brainerd ward and go speak in the Wadena branch. The Wadena Senior couple came to pick us up. There were about 28 people there. They meet in a 7th day Adventist church, a little different. After church we had dinner with the Marzo's (the Senior couple). Then they drove us back here and we ended the night at the Cain's. They fed us cake! Pretty busy week. I hope you have a great week!

Love you all!

Elder Lambertsen
