Things have been going really well up here. Spring
is here. I believe it will not snow again, keep your fingers crossed.
You can never be sure with the weather up north. There are people who
have told me they have seen snow in every month.

Last week we spent a lot of time working on the NAC
list's for the ward. We got ahold of one prospective elder that we
visited yesterday. He is getting married in about 2 1/2 months and his
wife is not a member. He himself has not been
to church in quite a while either. We were able to stop by and get to
know them. They are a very nice couple. We shared the Easter video for
the lesson. It is amazing how easy the spirit can come into a lesson
when you are testifying of the resurrection of
Christ. Something we learned in the world wide missionary broadcast in
January is to always have Christ’s name on our lips. When we don't know
what to say, we just testify of Christ. She did not express interest to
learn anymore about the church but we hope
we will be able to go and see them again soon.
We were able to contact a referral who requested a
Book of Mormon. Media referrals are really hard to get a hold of and
most of the time they aren't interested at all but that was not the case
this time. We stopped by Seth and we told him
that we were missionaries and that we got a request that he ordered a
Book of Mormon. He actually admitted to ordering it and also told us
that he is church shopping to find which one best fits him. We taught
him about what we do as missionaries and we will
be going by again this week to teach more about what our church is
about.
