Hey Family!
Things have been going pretty well this week. The
biggest update will be with Samantha. She pushed her baptism back a
couple weeks. She is aiming for the 25th of June or the 9th of July.
She is really ready, we just had to move it back
for planning purposes. Yesterday in Sacrament meeting she bore her
testimony about how God sends people to save us. She was going through
some rough times and the Benjamin's came into her life and have helped
her. We felt the spirit really strong. Sacrament
meeting was really good yesterday it all the testimonies were amazing.
We went up to Pine River again with the Oettels. We
were able to see a lot of less active's. We meet sister Liane. She
lives in Pine River. She has a health issue where her organs scar
together and every few years she has to get a surgery
to pull them apart. Then they start scarring together again. So she can
barely move with out it being painful and she has no one to mow her
lawn. She has quite a few acres as well. So we are trying to arrange
something were we can go up with a few members
of the ward each week and mow her lawn. If only Mow Joe was here.
We have a pretty exciting week planned this week.
We weren't able to see Isaiah last week but he came to church. We are
going to go see him tomorrow. As far as we know he is still reading everyday which is great.
We went tracting yesterday..... I know it isn't
that crazy. We ran into a former investigator named Herman. He grew up
RLDS he showed us around his yard and invited us to come back anytime.
He does a lot of gardening so we may go back pretty
soon to help him with his plants. He took our number and will be
calling us when he needs help.
There is a lot going on out here.
Love you all!
